Getting Used to This

It's gonna take a little time to get used to using this one.
I just finished up with bills and thought I needed a little break.
Today I plan to work on the March 2007 TMWQ newsletter.
Other then that, I've got a few projects I'm working on.
One of them deals with PAM - Parental Awareness Michigan - that coincides with a group of mine, the Michigan Parental Awareness Group (MPAG).

MPAG is a volunteer based organization that promotes awareness, education and resources throughout Michigan to parents, individuals and organizations interested in community connection that focuses on effective parenting. We use the Yahoo Group as our forum for our discussions.

Valentine's Day Shopping

I managed to get a little shopping done today.
Since the boys didn't have enough $$ I picked up a few things for them.
Their girls will be happy.

My kids decided to make heart candy boxes for their teachers this year.
Instead of putting candy in them though, we're going to put other things they could use like paperclips, staples, pens, little note pads etc.
A couple of the teachers sew so we made them a felt valentine card that holds needles.
We sewed the childs name and year on the back with floss so they'd remember who they got it from. That was the tedious part, but worth it.

Guess that's it for now. Gotta get some shuteye.

Setting Up

I'm just getting everything all set up.
I hope to find the time to post everyday here as well as in our TMW group.
